【星山アクセス　〜送迎が必要ない方向へ】

◉JR「逗子」・京浜急行「新逗子」から、JR「逗子」駅前（1番のりば）、京浜急行「逗子・葉山」駅前（南口1番のりば）から京浜急行バス「逗15、16系統（山回り）」に乗車し「水源地」で下車、徒歩15分強（逗子駅からの所要時間約30~40分）

逗子ICから逗葉新道経由で6km。横須賀ICから県道27号横須賀葉山線経由で5.2km

【アクセスの捕捉】
「水源地入り口」の信号機から入ってきた道を左手に保育園など見ながら道なりに。
さらに清寿苑の看板を左手に見ながら越えて、最初の小道を左折します。
（車線が２本から１本に切り替わるところが目印です。）

緩やかな坂を登ってゆく途中で右手にブルーの外壁の倉庫が現れます。
その倉庫の青い壁の前面の空き地部分が駐車スペースとなっています。
（車の大きさにもよりますが、５～６台ほど駐車できます。）
※駐車場から星山へは歩いて２～３分ほどです。

駐車スペースに車を停めて、そのまま坂道を道なりに登ります。
いくつかの民家を両側に見ながら、最後の細めの小道（左側が畑）を左折。
その道を登りきった正面が星山のフィールドです（大きな看板があります♪）

3歳から水泳を始め、全国大会に出場​
高校時代、レーシングカヤックの日本代表を務める。​

2005〜2008年アウトリガーカヌー世界大会「MOLOKAI HOE」出場​
大学時代、ライフセービングとの出会いにより海に魅せられ、卒業後に渡豪。​
スポーツ＆レクリエーションを専門的に学んだのち、マリンガイドやキッズクラブのスタッフとして働きながらライフセービングの技術を習得。​

帰国後は葉山にある「NPO法人オーシャンファミリー」スタッフ、「BEACH 葉山アウトドアフィットネスクラブ」マネージャーを経て、​
2014年、自然学校「TIDE POOL」を設立。子どもたちに自然を通じた学びを届ける。​

2017年、星山プロジェクト始動。​
「葉山の海と山のつながりを意識した環境教育を多世代に伝えたい」という願いを星山の森で実践し始める。​

2019年、コネクション・プラクティスに出会い、共感的コミュニケーションの実践を通した自分自身の変化の手応えから子どもたちの教育現場にも積極的に取り入れ始め、2020年からは、子どもたちを取り巻く保護者たちにも定期的に勉強会を開催している。​
近年はライフコーチとして、個人や企業研修に様々なアクティビティを通じた独自のセッションも行っている。

3.11をきっかけにネットラジオをはじめ、日本を縦断しながらWell-Beingな暮らしを実践する人々のインタビューを配信。

私たちを取り巻く外側の環境改善と共に個々人の内側の環境も持続可能にしてゆく必要性を感じ、2014年〜大人のための「ラジオ寺子屋」を企画。暦と養生、懐かしい未来食、パーマカルチャー、NVC、トランジションタウンなどの学びを盛り込んだ年間170本のラジオ講座を配信すると共に、全国にラーニングコミュニティとしての「リアル寺子屋」をプロデュース。

2017年にスタートした星山プロジェクトや、コミュニティメンバーが300人を超えるラーニングコミュニティHuman Potential Lab.の立ち上げから伴走し、プロデューサー、コミュニティマネージャーとして、組織の関係性やコミュニケーションの改善に貢献しながら、大人も子どもも共に未来を育みあえる次世代型「共育」の場づくりに力を注いでいる。

Hoshiyama Access – For those who do not need a pick-up service

From JR Zushi or Keihin Kyuko Line Shin-Zushi, take Keihin Kyuko Bus No. 15 or 16 (mountain-bound) from JR Zushi Station (platform 1) or Keihin Kyuko Line Zushi/Hayama Station (platform 1, south exit), get off at Suigenchi and walk 15 minutes or more (30-40 minutes from Zushi Station).

Started swimming at age 3 and participated in national competitions
Served as Japan’s representative for racing kayaks during high school.

Participated in the MOLOKAI HOE outrigger canoeing world championships from 2005 to 2008
During college, became fascinated with the ocean through an encounter with lifesaving, and moved to Australia after graduation.
After specializing in sports and recreation, he learned lifesaving skills while working as a marine guide and staff at a kids’ club.

After returning to Japan, he worked as a staff member of “NPO Ocean Family” in Hayama and as a manager of “BEACH Hayama Outdoor Fitness Club”.
In 2014, he established the nature school “TIDE POOL. She is now a member of the “Ocean Family” NPO in Hayama and manager of the “BEACH Hayama Outdoor Fitness Club”.
